THE SECOND LESSON OF HOSPO

Today was our second lesson of hospitality. We finished off our onguard tests and then i completed my blog for today. After that our class watched a clip on food, we had to take notes on a piece of paper we were given and we answered the questions. I am still looking forward to our cooking lessons, i cant wait for our next lesson when we are cooking!

First Hospitality Lesson

Last lesson was our first hospo lesson, we met our hospitality teacher her name was Mrs Baker. During the lesson Mrs baker discussed what we would be cooking throughout the term, what we would have to complete before being able to cook (which was onguard)and showed us a powerpoint on nutrition. I was very excited for this term becuase i really enjoy cooking and i liked the sound of what we would be cooking. I cant wait for the cooking to start and i am really looking forward to this term.
